Today I’m sitting down for a conversation with Maggy Woodley mom to two and lover of all things crafty.
She is the founder of Red Ted Art a site providing easy, do-able, and fun crafts for kids of all ages. As a mom to a creative daughter myself, Maggy’s You Tube tutorials and blog advice on sewing with kids have been invaluable resource for our family and we love her simple, practical, process based approach to crafting with kids.
It was so much fun deep diving with Maggy on deepening family connections and traditions using crafting as the tool.
During our conversation we chat about:
- Why staying open to possibility is super important when on the creative path
- How to honor and acknowledge changing creative rhythms as the seasons change
- The importance of letting go, and patience when it comes to being a creative mom.
- The #1 thing you should schedule ASAP to celebrate your creative spirit outside of the parenting journey.
