This season on the Recapture Self podcast it’s our intention to give you a peek at the lives of moms and women who are balancing daily life, motherhood, and a commitment to their creative selves. These are women who are my creative coaching clients, ones that are making time and space for their passion projects whether that be writing a book, designing a blog, photographing their family, or starting a creative business.
We kick off Season 3 with an exciting set of interviews. I’ll be chatting with each of the first 4 licensed Momtography™ teachers! Prepare to be inspired by their why stories. This week I’m chatting with Kd Scruggs, our Oklahoma based teacher.
Kd is Mom, Mia (to the grands), and Babe (to her man). She has eight children, five rowdy boys (17-11) still at home, and her two grands live with her (almost 3 & 2). They also have Cocoa & Princess (the pups), Ziggy (the feline Prince), and numerous fish (lots of baby angelfish they bred). It’s a bit wild at times, but loads of fun! These days you can find Kd at college where she is studying to be an art teacher, snapping/editing pictures, taking hikes with the boys, or cooking with her man.
