Since going back to work I’ve been having some mega trouble re-adjusting to a life of waking up at 5am every morning.
Getting the little one and I out of bed, showered, and out the door is simply an accomplishment. Putting on makeup, accessorizing or even making a cup of coffee can be an afterthought once we’re already in the car and on our way to begin the day.
But, when I make the effort to take a bit of time to buy a cheap necklace, try a new shade of eyeshadow, or make my coffee at home I feel so much better.
It’s those extras that can usually turn an ordinary day into one where I feel just a little bit better, brighter, and happier about who I am and what I’ve set myself out into the world to do all day long.
This same concept can apply to our photo taking as well.
It doesn’t take a whole lot of thought, time, or money to make your memories beautiful. (tweet this now)
